Really excited to be part of the Heart and Craft (Rural Arts - Thirsk) outreach programme again this year serving older people in rural villages across North Yorkshire providing art projects - in my case mosaic to reduce isolation through creativity.

Heart and Craft is supported by the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, which is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
