Here’s a sneak preview of the mosaic design created to celebrate the Tour de France starting in Harrogate, Yorkshire this July.

Two schools – Willowtree Primary School and Hookstone Chase Primary School – and Fairfax Community Centre Youth Club joined together to create the wall mosaic (120x100cm) to be displayed outside the community centre in Harrogate (kindly funded by Harrogate Borough Council).

There will be a grand unveiling by Mayor Elect (Councillor Jim Clark) and the Mayoress Elect (Cllr Mrs Shirley Fawcett) on 20 June 2014 11am attended by the children and parents.

Thanks to everyone for making such an enjoyable project happen.
