Mosaic Art by Sue Kershaw

Welcome to Mosaic Artist, Sue Kershaw's Roman, geometric, literature and nature inspired mosaic art displayed in GALLERY.

All of the mosaics are available for sale and are professionally dispatched.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did creating them.

MOSAIC COMMISSIONS are also undertaken and mosaic workshops and school mosaic sessions provided.

My work has been purchased, commissioned and displayed in:

•the public sector (for e.g. British Heart Foundation, York University, MIND, Artlink, Action for Children, Macmillan Cancer Support, Hospitals in Hull, Scarborough and York; and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust)

My mosaic toad in Hull's Museum Quarter forming part of the Larkin25 festival celebrating the poem 'Toads' is on permanent display.

•the commercial sector (for e.g. Fentimans Botanical Drinks Ltd, Hexham, The Lemon Tree Restaurant, Kirkbymoorside, James Hardie, International & Marco Polo Restaurant, Driffield). My Fentimans commission featured on BBC 2 Great British Railway Journeys. Images of my mosaics have been used in an advertising campaign by international legal firm White & Case. My mosaics have been used as trade show displays in London with James Hardie.

•private homes in the UK and abroad (for e.g. as conservatory floor mosaics, wall art, bathroom features and applied art such as lamps, picture frames & mirrors)

•ecclesiastical buildings and gardens (for e.g. Christ Church, York and Woodlands Methodist Church, Harrogate)

MOSAICS FOR SCHOOLS: I teach mosaic workshops in primary schools and secondary schools making mosaics for children accessible and fun linking to the national curriculum.
